The Colombia Coffee Growers Federation (Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia) has identified 22 distinct coffee growing regions in Colombia which can be organized into three main groups.

Those are the North around the highlands of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta and the Central and South which are the slopes of the three sections of the Andes mountains that traverse the country.
